Fresh Graduate Development Program – Process - Engineering

What You Will Do

• Shift lead, to lead the team, manage shift coverage, take preliminary decision making & escalate to respective engineer for help & support, if needed. 
• Participate in improvement projects which includes productivity improvement, process improvement, and quality improvements. 
• FTR (Flexible Trial Route) execution. 
• Data crunching and report generation for Line defect, APC, Scrap and Space for engineering analysis.  
• Participate in improvement projects including productivity improvement, process improvement, and quality improvements.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Diploma in Chemistry/ Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering / Physics or equivalent. 
• Added advantage if possess of in-depth knowledge of characterization methodology on semiconductor manufacturing unit processes materials and equipment engineering. 
• Experience in Design of Experiment (DOE) is an advantage. 
• Must be a self-starter who can work both independently and in groups. 
• Able to organize and coordinate multiple projects in a timely manner.
