Fresh Graduate Development Program - PAS MNT

What You Will Do

• Troubleshoot Pre-assembly equipment failures, identify root cause and perform corrective action to meet equipment downtime KPI. 
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required (e-checklist & closing in SAP). 
• Assist engineer to execute maintenance projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiencies (Speed/Cost/Quality). 
• Helping with new tool installation as being required. 
• Ensure compliance Safety, 5S, Cleanroom protocol in the workplace.

Required Skills and Abilities

• With Certificate/Diploma in EE or Mechanical. 
• Innovative and good in problem solving skills. 
• Good time management & discipline. 
• Team player and responsibility. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
