Engineering Booster Program, one of the initiatives by Infineon Melaka in nurturing fresh talents with 6 months of comprehensive training to expose new engineering graduates to the world of semiconductors.  
 
This program offers an excellent opportunity to expose yourself to REAL-LIFE WORK projects and thus it will contribute greatly to your work experience. 
 
Programme Structure (6 months - hands on training):

• Familiarization & General Training. 
• Process Engineering. 
• Maintenance / Equipment Engineering.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Degree/Master in Electronics & Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Material Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science Artificial Intelligence, Data Sciences and Digitalization with CGPA of 3.0 and above. 
• High passion on Process & Equipment Engineering. 
• Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and a good team player. 
• Fresh Graduates /Graduates with 1 year's relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
