Engineer Quality Engineering

What You Will Do

• Support the objective of Segment manufacturing and engineering for overall test process quality. 
• To deliver products to customers at committed functionality, reliability, time, volume and cost. 
• Ensure compliance of control plan deployment and quality controls are met; understanding of key parameters definition and controls &continuously develop himself / herself in job knowledge and skill. 
• To monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and drive continuous improvement according to defined KPI. 
• Contribute to the FAR 8D team in the adequacy / effectiveness of the corrective / preventive actions to address the root cause. 
• Manages disposition for Lot on hold & verify the adequacy of DDMcorrective actions. 
• Ensures conformance of Controls & documentation in Prod (Accountable for control plan & failure catalogue).

Required Skills and Abilities

• Degree (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science or Applied Science) or equivalent. 
• Knowledge in semiconductor industry working experience (Quality role preferred). 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
