Finance Delivery Analyst - Administration

The Programme 

The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world.  
 
By overseeing our financial activities, you will enable IBM to continue to bring to market ground-breaking innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies, to name a few. 

What You Will Do 

• Exposure to Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), Vendor Queries and Withholding Tax Reporting. 
• Exposure to AP invoice processing, AP Reconciliation, GRIR Report, AP Aging Analysis or Collection.
• Experienced in Procure to Pay procedures and delivery. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

Skills Requirements: 

• Fresh graduate with 4 years of relevant work experience in a Finance & Admin BPO or any other industry in Accounting field & handling AP or AR process. 
• Having experience in Account Payable (AP) or Account Receivable (AR) process is essential. 
• Ability to communicate with accuracy and clarity both verbally and written in English and Thai. 
• Working knowledge of ERP environment, preferably SAP Accounting System. 
• Aptitude for understanding and solving problems. 
• Should be able to handle customer queries, presentation and communication skills are needed.
• Language skill proficiency: Fluent in English, Indonesian & Thai Speaking, good in reading and writing. Local candidates fluent in Thai language are welcome to apply. 

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise: 

• Exposure to Account Payable (AP), Vendor Queries and Withholding Tax Reporting. 
• Exposure to AP invoice processing, AP Reconciliation, GRIR Report and AP Aging Analysis.
• Experienced in Procure to Pay procedures and delivery.
