What You Will Do 

At IBM, we know that transformation drives change, and it is in our DNA to continuously transform. Our Business Transformation Consultants help drive large scale change that spans IBM business units and geographies. As a part of this team, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of driving IBM’s ongoing transformation as a company that continuously innovates and leads the market. 

  • Invoice processing experience including exception resolutions.
  • Query Management including helpdesk (Incoming calls as well as outgoing).
  • Process Travel & Expenses claims.
  • Prepare Desktop Procedures (DTP).
  • Experienced in Procure to Pay procedures and delivery. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Fresh graduates to 5 years of relevant work experience in a Finance & Admin BPO or any other industry in accounting field & handling Account Payable.
  • Good working knowledge of Account Payable process.
  • Ability to manage high volume of tasks/accounts and work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Good relationship-building skills and good Team Player.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Excel.
  • Good oral, reading, and written communication skills in English & Korean language requirements.
  • Proficiency in Korean, native speakers or candidates with TOPIK certifications are welcomed to apply.
  • Exposure to Cash Application (Applying Cash) and reporting /Credit and collections.
  • Exposure to Account Payable and Age wise Analysis of overdues.
  • Experienced in Procure to Pay procedures and delivery.
