Job Description:

This position is part of a 15-month program to develop sales skills in the IT industry. 

The Program is comprised of 3 stages, each scheduled for a 5-months period:

  • Stage 1 – Understanding & Running the Consumer Retail & Online Business.
  • Stage 2 – Consumer PC 4P Planning & Strategy.
  • Stage 3 – Consumer Print 4P Planning & Strategy.

The candidate will provide necessary sales support for retail & online consumer go-to-market, across all Consumer Products – Laptops, Desktop, Monitors, Accessories, Printer and Supplies.

Key Result Areas:

  • Achieving required learning outcomes for each stage of the program.
  • Developing strong go to market together with the team.
  • Create strong and effective working relationships with HP employees.
  • Ensure compliance with HP values, policies and standards including HP’s business code of conduct.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Fresh graduates or graduates who have completed their studies within a year.
  • Inquisitive and quick learner that thrives in a fast pace environment.
  • Tech enthusiast that is passionate in new technologies and new ideas.
  • Great communicator who can deliver thoughts and ideas across all levels.
