Protégé - Product Development

The Programme

The Program will begin with 2 weeks of classroom training followed by 7.5 months of on-the-job training. 
 
The 2-week classroom training includes:

• Ethics in Banking. 
• Creative & Analytical Thinking. 
• Organizational Adaptability. 
• Grooming & Etiquette. 
• Environmental Sustainability & Social Impact. 
• Developing Communication Skills.

Job Scope - Product Development Protégé:

• Undertake product research (e.g., comparison of features of similar products offered by other banks). 
• Draft approval papers and product documentations (e.g., website write-up to update relevant pages in HLISB website, standard operating procedures, forms, terms and conditions). 
• Preliminarily assess the applicability of regulatory guidelines received via Horizon Scanning (e.g., new policy document by Bank Negara Malaysia). 
• Perform other tasks as and when required in assisting the team with their deliverables.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Malaysian citizens below 25 years of age. 
• Fresh graduates with a CGPA of 3.2 & above or equivalent professional qualification. 
• Candidates with less than 1 year of work experience.
