We are excited to offer the Graduate Trainee program in Wholesale Banking Ops (Trade Services), giving you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the world of trade finance and operations.  
 
What's in it for you:

• On-Boarding: Begin with a comprehensive 2-week onboarding program, designed to equip you with the essential knowledge and skills needed for your role.  
• Trade Services: Dive deep into the world of trade services with our program. You will learn the intricacies of trade finance, product features, and trade transactions.  
• Trade AML: Become an expert in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) as it relates to trade operations, including pre-transaction AML screening and post-transaction reviews.  
• Trade Compliance: Focusing on trade compliance, understanding regulatory requirements and trade rules.  
• Trade Window: Learning the functions and responsibilities of trade windows. 

During your journey, you'll receive training in the following key areas: 

• Fundamentals of Trade Finance: Learn about the core principles and concepts of trade finance. 
• Pre-Transaction AML Screening and Post-Transaction Review: Become proficient in AML screening and post-transaction reviews in the context of trade finance.  
• Trade Compliance: Gain insights into trade compliance, SOPs, guidelines, policies, and international rules governing trade financing.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Malaysian citizen.  
• Fresh graduates / individual with maximum 2 years experience, with minimum criteria CGPA of 3.2.
