Graduate Trainee - Risk Management - Compliance - Sustainability Risk

The Programme

The program is a structured program aimed to develop new leaders with a holistic development in one of the most pivotal areas of our business.  
 
The GT will be provided with the right exposure and given the opportunity to learn the importance of effective management in sustainability risk; adopt and maintain industry-leading standards across the business and functions.  
 
Through this program, you will be equipped with knowledge, skills and hands-on experience in the job and function.

What You Will Do

Sustainability Risk:

• Contribute to ESG risk policies, provide advisory support, and prepare sustainability reports for management and board committees. 
• Acquiring knowledge of sustainability reporting standards and regulatory requirements. 
• Analyze climate scenarios, risk modeling, and benchmark industry sustainability strategies. 
• Engage stakeholders on sustainability and climate-related matters through industry groups, networking, and benchmarking research.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Malaysian citizen. 
• Fresh graduates with a CGPA of 3.2 OR 2nd Class Upper with majors in Finance, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Banking or Environmental Risk. 
• Candidates with less than 1-year full-time working experience.
