What You Will Do

This position is based in Group Technology & Operations and to work in a team to support the Wholesale Credit Operation team, to perform:

• To prepare LO / SLO / LN upon receipt of approved credit application from ARMs.
• To ensure all terms and conditions imposed as per approved CA/CR are transcribed into the draft letter.
• To ensure LO / SLO / LN prepared are accurate, complete and in compliance with the policies.
• To assist team leader to ensure that the deadlines for the preparation of the offer letters are met.
• To ensure TAT are met.
• To ensure all the register / tracker are promptly updated. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Candidate with at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking / Business Administration or equivalent.
• Min 1 year of related experience in credit documentation.
• Fresh Graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• Possess knowledge on land laws / Companies Act or credit documentation will be an added advantage.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and ability to interact effectively with people at different levels.
• PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive and ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Preference is given to those who is available on immediate basis.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara City.
