  • Perform account maintenance for Freeze / Uplift received from branches.
  • Attend to all request related to Bankruptcy/Wound-up/Discharged/Stay Dissolution from Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia (JIM), Branch, dept, etc.
  • Attend to all JIM notices and request on disclosure of customer information; Escalate to the respective branches and divisions on the Appointment of Liquidators and Deceased.
  • Liaise with vendors on E-pintas quotation, branch & Bank Nagara Malaysia (BNM)’s registration.
  • Monitor ongoing renovation projects, ensure the completion of the projects and payment process. Ensure monthly invoices billing submission from all the security vendors, process monthly payment to vendors invoices, raised accrual for the backdated invoices.
  • Attend to all requested related to Security Guard; Monitor the daily technical issues and new request for branches/centers on security equipment i.e CCTV, Alarm & Door Access; Monitor daily alarm triggered listing, email to branch for further checking and update into daily tracking template.
  • Perform user access matrix (UAM) review once in 6 months upon receiving notification from IT Security; Support daily IRL maintenance by uploading data into HOST. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Candidate with at least a Bachelor Degree in any field of studies.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
