We are looking for an Executive, Applications Verification for handling verification on customer’s credit card applications and others. 

This role will be reporting to the Manager of Retail Credit Operations and performing the following duties.

• Perform credit card applications verification on customer’s home & employment according to existing guidelines. 
• Update verification results on LOAD. 
• Highlight suspicious applications detected during verification to CED.  
• Ensure strict adherence to existing policies & procedures. 
• Any other task assigned from time to time.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Malaysian citizen. 
• Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree/master's degree in relevant equivalent qualification. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.  
• Proficient in both spoken and written English & Malay. 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & possess strong interpersonal and detailed-oriented.
