WHAT'S THE ROLE? 

We are looking for a Digital Workplace engineer, eager to join our Workplace Platforms team that delivers modern, secure and personalized workplaces through effective engineering solutions for over 34,000 users globally.  
 
You will be part of a diverse and agile team that is always ready to learn and improve.  
 
We expect you to bring our user experience to the next level by engineering reliable and exciting solutions incorporating hybrid meeting experience with cutting edge technologies from global Teams Room System partners and workplace telephony solutions as part of Digital Workplace Communications globally.

You will work alongside Engineers from different teams and get the chance to gain deeper insights into our technologies and the actual implementation of new solutions around Microsoft Teams Rooms and Teams Voice. 
 
WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE? 
 
As a Digital Workplace engineer, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that delivers cutting-edge solutions for Hilti's global workforce. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining the solutions that enable Hilti employees to work efficiently and effectively from anywhere, anytime.  
 
As part of the Digital Workplace Communications team, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and tools in the fields of Microsoft Teams Rooms System and Teams Voice.  
 
You will support and improve our workplace communication environment and implement new use cases for various user personas globally on different meeting styles including hybrid work. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders across different regions and functions to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible user experience.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Minimum a bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology, Business Management, or related fields with a CGPA of 3.5 and above. 
• Knowledge of principles of Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms and Telephony. Ability to troubleshoot and deploy applications in a virtual environment. 
• Active contribution to extension of team expertise in multiple technologies / skill areas. 
• Able to develop yourself to deliver end-to-end including interfaces to others. 
• Fluent in English, able to work and perform in an agile context applying the defined common methods.
