The Internship would be to explore the human resources division and how it relates to supporting business growth.  
 
You'd be exploring the culture and strategy of the workforce and how actions lead to the development of capability, capacity & culture. 
 
In this Role:

• You will work with the two HR leaders in Malaysia.  
• Understand Haleon’s interconnected format of the people team. 
• Deliver one communications-based project. 
• Deliver one culture-based project. 
• Learn how and build a strategy proposal for an opportunity area.

Learning Outcome:

• Understand how to connect business goals to people initiatives. 
• Understand the various roles played by the people team. 
• Gain an idea of your own career aspirations based on this experience. 
• Effective professional communication. 
• Improve presentation skills.

Required Skills and Abilities

• An individual who is interested in how people think, act and perform. 
• An individual who wants to explore a career in HR, People & Culture. 
• An individual who can speak and write clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia 
• An individual ready to build/create solutions.
