Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern

The Programme

Come and join a thriving, new, and innovative recruitment solutions team in our growing GBS (Givaudan Business Solutions) organization in Malaysia. 

As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, amongst various tasks, you will provide administration, candidate attraction, and marketing-related support for our superb team. 

In this role, you will be reporting to our Regional Recruitment Solutions Manager based in our office in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Your main responsibilities focus on:

  • Interview scheduling - You will work together with many of our team members including Talent Acquisition Managers and Strategic Sources, to coordinate and interact with candidates, and support interview scheduling as part of the selection process. 
  • Regional Newsletter - You will edit the regional open position newsletter, and collaborate with your peers from other regions to ensure strong alignment and high-quality communication about opportunities within Givaudan towards our employees 
  • Expense reimbursement activities – you will support relevant processes to ensure that selection-related expenses are handled in a timely and compliant manner. 
  • Talent Acquisition Requests – working with our internal system to allocate Talent Acquisition related queries to the right colleague, ensuring a fast and adequate resolution.

Your professional profile includes: 

  • Ongoing college or University studies (preferably in a related field). 
  • You have 6-months of mandatory internship program requirements from your University. 
  • Fluent English and BM. 
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude including the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), job boards and application tracking systems. 
  • Empathy and customer-focused attitude. 
  • Matured and possess a proactive personality. 
  • Reliable and meticulous in tasks given.
