HRS Talent Acquisition Intern

The Programme

This is an exciting role within the APAC & MEA Talent Management Team where you ensure proper execution and coordination of the overall Talent Acquisition systems, ways of working and reports.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator has a pivotal role in the team in terms of ensuring continuous improvement on processes and reports. You need to have an insatiable hunger for process and service excellence! 

What You Will Do

Talent & Performance Management:

  • Support the team on administrative duties of the Talent & Performance Management cycle.
  • Understand the importance of Talent Management cycle and its benefits to the organization.
  • Liaise with colleagues within HR on any ad-hoc duties during off cycle timeline. 

Interview Scheduling:

  • Partnering with our TAP in scheduling interviews for employees within the region.
  • Assist with conducting reference checks for successful candidates.
  • Assisting in tracking, storage of Assessments. 

Document Organization:

  • Manage & administer HRS Talent Management Documentation within the SharePoint.
  • Manage & upload important documents within the team’s MS Teams Site.
  • To update documentation as agreed with Line Manager & Department Head. 

In this role, you will be dealing with Electrolux’ internal and external customers. You should be confident in dealing with subject matter experts and leaders both from a country level and region level perspective.

In Electrolux, we encourage open communication at all levels and put emphasis in dealing with our customers as well as colleagues with integrity and respect. You will be working in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office on regular working hours and may be required to travel both domestic and international.

Education:

  • You have an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Fresh Graduate with a keen sense to learn, self-develop and work hard.
  • Experience in voluntary work is appreciated.
  • Active in curricular activities and projects during tertiary education.
