What You Will Do

\r\n

To monitor the AR cash application team.
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standard business practices, as they pertain to cash application.
Provide reporting to management on issues, projects and processing statistics, e.g unapplied cash.
Daily processing of cash deposit batches and postings to dealers/agents’ accounts, including payments made by check,
EFT payments, and branch deposits. Generate and apply credit/ debit memos.
Interface with the Credit and Collections function Account Managers and Branch Managers to troubleshoot and resolve customer payment discrepancies.
Identify and solve problems timely and accurately; ability to think beyond immediate consequences.
Research and correct/apply all transactions relating to unapplied cash, with continuous follow-up until payment is fully applied.
Apply independent judgement with follow-up to dealers/agents and business partners to determine direction.
Provide support for other duties & projects as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

\r\n

Experience in using Excel, Power Point and Word.
Analytical / problem solver.
Excellent interpersonal skills and meticulous.
Ability to work and deliver results within agreed timeline.
Team player.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Diploma holders in Accounting.
0 -2 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance fields or equivalent.
