Management Trainee - Customer Service

The Programme

Junior Executive Trainee (JET) allows entry-level graduates to launch their careers in the exciting Market Expansion Services industry.  
 
We offer experiential learning opportunities, rotations across various departments and functions, challenging projects, and interactions within the chosen business unit leadership team. 
  
The structured 12-month program will involve successful candidates rotating through pivotal functions within the chosen industry. 
  
Successful incumbents will be supporting DKSH Healthcare Business in the following areas: 

  • Sales & Marketing.  
  • Product Management.  
  • Customer Service. 
  • Medical Device.  
  • Quality Assurance. 
  • Operations. 

General Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a wide variety of challenging assignments in the Healthcare Business Unit. 
  • Understand and experience end-to-end functional operations of the assigned department. 
  • Work closely with the assigned teams to strategically plan and implement team goals & strategies effectively. 
  • Work on multiple short and long-term functional assignments to gain the breadth of product knowledge and services offered by the company. 
  • Assist in the department's administrative duties with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Manage projects and coordinate ad-hoc assignments delegated by superior or mentor. 
  • Drive and manage learning and development in general administration and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning. 
  • Drive self-learning and contribute to improvement in the overall sales and marketing performance.

Required Skills and Abilities

Functional Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong leadership qualities and a varied portfolio of extracurricular activities. 
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (knowledge of other languages is an added advantage). 
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel (Pivot Table, V-lookup, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint). 
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze data and understand business implications. 
  • Able to produce graphical representations of analytical data for presentations. 
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline based on the function's requirements.
