The Programme

We are currently seeking Intern, Retail to join DHL eCommerce in Malaysia!

What You Will Do

Backend Job scope:

  • Support Administrative Task (Scanning and Updating of Documentation).
  • Supports of Parcel Process Flow and Managing Parcel Delivery Status.
  • Supports in quality assessment of ServicePoints via Calls.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks.

Frontend Job scope:

  • Basic Administrative Task (Preparation of Training Materials for ServicePoints).
  • Supports on Training to ServicePoints.
  • Supports in quality assessment of ServicePoints via Calls or Visitation.
  • Supports on Roadshow Activities, creating Awareness of DHLeC to surrounding areas (Multiple Locations) – Sales Orientated.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
