Internship - Business and Aviation Students

The Programme

As an intern in our Air Freight and Customer Service team, you are able to:

• Maintain compliance with customers and other relevant authorities. 
• Be responsible for daily operations and planning for both systems and physical operation. 
• Be responsible for validation of custom process/documentation to ensure cargo met the regulations.

To achieve the above learning outcome, you are expected to take the challenge as below:

• Attending and responding to any enquiries via email correspondences pertaining to shipment status and documentation. 
• Involve in the daily planning of the operations under supervision. 
• Learning 'How to' communicate with internal and external stakeholders on tasks status.

Required Skills and Abilities

To be selected as one of our own, we are expecting the below applications:

• At least Diploma and/or Bachelor Degree in International Business and Aviation Management or any equivalent academic background. 
• Candidate must be skillful in communicating with stakeholders. 
• It is an advantage for those who can speak and write fluent English as the positions requires to communicate with stakeholders.

Able to commit at most 6-months internship in June/July 2023 and to be based at Johor Bahru, Iskandar Puteri.
