What’s the role?

We’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to assist on a multitude of Employee Engagement activities across the organization. 
 
As an Employee Engagement Intern, you will help to execute the employee engagement activities internally across the organization with various stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Event Coordination:

• Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement events. 
• Help in logistical arrangements, including venue setup and coordination with vendors. 
• Coordinate with various departments or teams to ensure participation in engagement activities. 
• Content Creation 
• Generate engaging content for internal communication channels (emails, newsletters, intranet). 
• Assist in creating posters, graphics, or videos promoting engagement activities.

Employee Wellness Initiatives:

• Support initiatives promoting employee wellness (fitness challenges, mental health workshops). 
• Assist in organizing health-related campaigns or awareness sessions.

Required Skills and Abilities

What you need is:

• Creativity & passion for people. 
• Fast learner and problem solver with an enthusiasm to learn. 
• Ambitious and proactive. 
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with a diverse team. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Preferably 6 months full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• An intern who is currently pursuing final year studies bachelor's degree. 
• Possess the skills of communication, detail oriented and critical thinking.
