Intern - Accounting & Audit

The Programme

• Conducting self- audits/compliance control for the legal entities being serviced in Asia Pacific Shared Service Centre using the CRISP Internal Control Framework.

Manager/Lead Manager:

• Execute control effectiveness evaluation and submit results per assignment expectation.

Production Managers in SSC:

• Collaborate with the production and supporting teams in APSSC to provide overall assurance and evaluate control effectiveness.

Business Partners:

• Submission of self-assessments results to stakeholders in accordance with the agreed deadline and platform.

Process:

• Perform compliance test and complete work assigned timely with highest quality possible. 
• Attend and respond to Manager’s requirements and ad hoc assignments.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Interest in learning - Results-oriented. 
• Sound knowledge of Office suites and basic Windows 10 skills. 
• Proficient in Business English, effective communication. 
• Takes feedback and improves proactively. 
• High learning curve and diligent. 
• Able to express ideas effectively and adjust style to the needs of others. 
• Able to provide information in a timely, clear, and concise manner. 
• Possess essential life skills e.g., good time management, emotional intelligence etc.

• Pursuing Dip/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or other business-related discipline or equivalent in experience.
