Company Secretarial Intern - Law

What You Will Do

  • To maintain and update the secretarial records of clients. 
  • To record the minutes of meetings held by clients and circulating same. 
  • Responsible for the preparation of resolutions and other corporate secretarial documents for clients. 
  • To assist in the planning of General Meetings and execution of the meetings for clients. 
  • Perform other tasks as and when assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in related disciplines such as Corporate Admin, Accounting, Law or equivalent with CGPA minimum: 3.2. 
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Possess good organizational skills and able to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines. 
  • Familiar with hosting virtual meetings and recording of meetings.
