Business Analyst - IT & Specialized Assurance

What You Will Do

• Liaise with Clients and Internal team members and Management stakeholders. 
• Communicate effectively over Email or Messenger tools with Clients and internal team members. 
• Gather software deployment data and software entitlement data from clients and other stakeholders. 
• Process the data and generate an Effective License Compliance Position Report on the software usage. 
• Prepare status updates on ongoing projects and provide timely updates to the supervisor and seek support wherever required. 
• Prepare reports and presentations in PowerPoint and excel format to present the findings. 
• Participate in meetings with client and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fresh graduates with a Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 3.2. 
• Experience in using Microsoft Office Applications like Excel, PowerPoint, Word.  
• Able to multi-task and possess effective time management skills. 
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. 
• Able to build and nurture positive working relationships with the team and clients. 
• Excellent written English and interpersonal skills, a team player and communicator, and a self-starter. 
• Should be proactive in doing all day-to-day tasks and self-motivated as well.
