As the primary logistics contact internally, Production Operations steers the daily workflow activities within the factory, managing operations processes and people to achieve a quality output. Focused on achieving the required level of production on an hour-to-hour, daily, monthly and yearly basis, we oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations.

What you’ll achieve: 
 
As a Production Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintenance and repair services of mechanical and electrical manufacturing systems, as well as the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.  
 
You will work with Operations, Logistics and Distribution managers implementing logistics initiatives. 
 
You will:

• Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process. 
• Researches and assists in expediting orders in the manufacturing facility to enhance the Customer Experience. 
• Distributes weekly schedule and daily volume commits to outbound carriers and SLC’s. 
• Serves as a logistics consultant for Direct Ship on CCA shipments and exception processes. 
• Responsible for repair, preventative maintenance, data management, project support, control support and ISO audits support.

Essential Requirements 

• Fresh graduate - Pursuit of degree in Engineering/any other related field. 
• Must possess computer knowledge & be able to communicate in English. 
• Experience in driving projects, multi-tasking and routine decision-making. 
• Knowledge of manufacturing process and/or design. 
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
