What you’ll achieve: 
 
Global Client Peripheral Parts & Upgrades (P&U) Operations Analyst will coordinate end to end processes related to Parts and Upgrades operations. You will assist the Dell Client Peripheral Product Managers (PM) and SnP GoPo (Global Offer and Product Operations) teams to launch and maintain Dell Parts and its SKUs across all regions in the online and offline segments. 

Activities include SKU mapping and un-mapping from parts selectors, Model Launch, Model and SKU gaps fill exercise, third Party SKU mapping, SKU and compatibility audits on online and offline. 
 
This person will coordinate special projects and workload among P&U Ops team if required and work with IT on issue fixing. This person is also expected to actively identify new opportunities to optimize existing processes, improve customer experience during purchase path and drive new business initiatives. He / She will be also point of contact for all stakeholders supporting Client Peripheral P&U Operations globally.

What You Will Do

  • Launch Dell models (Client systems) with compatible parts in the P&U selectors as per the Ready to Ship (RTS) date. 
  • Identify compatible models/SKUs/Parts with client specific tools like Domino and Agile tools. 
  • Update SKU attribution like class code, subclass code and other mandatory SKU attributes in Harmony. 
  • Manage Parts and Upgrades Mailbox (gate keeping), delegate request to the category specialist group, prepare weekly work distribution plan, create reports, share agenda with client stakeholders. 
  • Maximize the efficiency of current process, including the addition of RPA (Automation). 
  • Participate and lead projects & initiatives associated with the above-mentioned activities.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Fresh graduated with Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferably Data and Technology background. 
  • Energetic person curious about how processes work. 
  • Analytical thinking and very good focus on details. 
  • Team player. 
  • Experience in marketing automation systems (SQL, Macros). 
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment; work with international stakeholders from APJC, EMEA and AMER regions and join evening calls as needed (approx. 4-8 calls per months). 
  • Knowledge of Dell systems (Harmony, Domino, Agile) is an advantage. 
  • Very good MS Excel skills, data analysis and ability to work with big data. 
  • Able to join us by February 2023.
