Analyst - Sales Operations - Fresh Graduates

Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling, and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes - From planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.  
 
Role Summary: 
 
The Premier Maintenance role is responsible for managing Premier relationship catalogs.  Responsibilities include sustaining the health of regional stores and decreasing manual order entry efforts across regional business units.

What You Will Do

  • Complete all inbound sales/customer requests via chat/email. 
  • Provide customer-centric solutions in a dynamic real-time environment. 
  • Partner with cross-regional teams to broaden knowledge and predefined processes. 
  • Assist with troubleshooting and triage for resolution.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Fresh graduate with degree without experience; or equivalent experience.  
  • Able to converse in mandarin to support Greater China business. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin). 
  • Strong commitment to quality and attention to details. 
  • Strong customer service skills (includes the ability to handle difficult customer issues in a professional manner, respond to customer needs in a timely manner and identify customer needs). 
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities and workload prioritization. 
  • Ability to work independently with regular supervision while handling stressful situations. 
  • Able to join us by February 2023 onwards.
