What you’ll achieve:

As a Project/Program Management Analyst, you will assist on various projects with defined deliverables, managing the scope, timeline, budget and quality through the duration of the project. 
 
You will:

• Support APJ, EMEA and AMER working hours on rotation basis. 
• Manage partners to deliver ARS service to customer within the required SLA which includes order dispatch, service schedule, reporting, payment, customer call back etc. 
• Ensure the delivery of the service meets contract specifications and supports large and complex project delivery. 
• Support internal stakeholder for e-waste recycling programs and continued growth of Advancing Sustainability programs. 
• Timely review operation metrics (CE, cycle time, open call, pending payment) and improve the operational performance.

Essential Requirements:

• Fresh graduates from any relevant background, able to join by Feb/Mar 2024. 
• Excellent written and verbal English & Chinese communication skills. 
• Ability to communicate clearly and multi-task in a dynamic environment. 
• A dedication to teamwork and leadership. 
• Experienced in vendor management and service operational support.

Desirable Requirements:

• Additional language like Japanese and Korean is added as advantage.
