What you’ll achieve:

As an Analyst, Program/project management will be responsible for supporting and execute the development and implementation of the Procurement strategic system & process plans.  
 
The role will provide procurement thought leadership and be able to influence global business partners and key stakeholders to consider new and creative strategies in solving business and procurement challenges. 

What You Will Do

• Manage projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project. 
• Play an active role in critical projects to improve our global, end-to-end supply chain and own sub work streams and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions and influence change. 
• Responsible for executing key strategic initiatives for the organization, working as part of small, focused teams in roles that vary according to the team’s objectives. 
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews. 
• Responsible for identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting findings to team members.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or IT or any related field. 
• Strong communication skills with good proficiency in English. 
• Strong analytical capabilities including report development and analysis as well as making data-driven recommendations and decisions. 
• Ability to work in a global cross-functional environment with internal and external key work partners.  
• Flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges and learn new material.

Desirable Requirements:

• Familiarity with data analysis, database languages and big data analysis tools is a plus. 
• Supply Chain or procurement experience.
