Analyst, Import/Export (Fresh Graduates) 2024:

Our Import-Export team within Materials and Procurement provides trade compliance support for end-to-end order management and delivery processes.  
 
We’re experts in what we do, from assessing global trade risk and providing mitigation strategies, to delivering strategic and tactical support in developing international supply chains, to implementing strategies to reduce import expenses and auditing all documentation.

What you’ll achieve: 
 
As a Trade Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for working under direction to assist with standard import/export processes and procedures. You will be able to influence Dell’s future policies on managing trade compliance at a country, regional & global level.  
 
You will have a chance to obtain global content knowledge by leveraging content experts on country-specific requirements and its practical applications.  
 
You will:

• Works under direction to assist with standard import/export processes and procedures. 
• Assists in communication/discussions with the freight forwarder/customer’s broker. 
• Supports small to medium sized projects to help implement continuous improvement processes and policies. 
• With guided supervision, it helps to maintain the companies' foreign trade data. 
• Assists with export compliance, export licensing and order screening.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Supply Chain, logistics or any related field. 
• Good knowledge of import and export requirements. 
• Has basic knowledge of international trade, operation and compliance. 
• Determined and driven, has good communication skills.

Desirable Requirements:

• Thai language is a plus 
• Knowledge of basic analytical tools (Excel, Power BI).
