You will join our dedicated, balanced and fun APAC South, Talent Acquisition team based out of Malaysia in Petaling Jaya. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, high energy and creative environment, this is an opportunity for you to embark on the talent sourcing and recruitment journey with us!

This position will report into our Regional Talent Acquisition Lead based in Singapore with a growing diverse team with members located across Singapore, Australia and Malaysia.

Your Role:

Source, attract and select the best matching candidates that will fuel business objectives and growth.  

What You Will Do

Manage the full cycle recruitment and talent pipeline process:

  • Source, screen, assess and select internal and external candidates to present comprehensive shortlists of qualified candidates aligned with the business strategy and needs of hiring managers.
  • Follow up and manage the recruitment assignments until the final decision is made adopting a consultative & project management approach and giving insights to the managers.
  • Partner with managers and HR Business Partner in developing pipelines of qualified internal and external candidates for their current and future needs.
  • Maintain regular contact with potential candidates managing candidate pipelines in our recruitment management system and other relevant databases. 

Define and implement talent sourcing & selection strategies:

  • Define the most relevant candidate selection process and behavior-based interview guides related to each position in order to assess the best profiles.
  • Provide expertise and insights on talent market (market intelligence), talent sourcing & talent selection. 

Promote and enhance the 3DS Employer branding:

  • Promote and enhance our employer brand in their respective market building relationships with schools & universities, developing our presence on social networks, participating in student career and job fairs, communicating with prospective candidates.  

Improve process, KPIs and policies and leverage tools:

  • Report in a relevant and insightful manner on ongoing assignments and market trends.
  • Ensure data accuracy in the 3DS recruitment management system.
  • Follow up recruitment KPIs ensuring their quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with global TA community, HR Business Partners and hiring managers to improve our processes & policies, identifying and deploying best practices.
  • Analyze their metrics and KPIs vs target to improve their practice. 

Required Skills and Abilities

The challenges ahead:

  • Ability to learn quickly Dassault Systemes business, solutions and offerings.
  • Understand each country’s uniqueness in order to drive recruitment process and operations consistently.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Time management, stake-holder management and organization / planning skills required to manage multiple hiring requisitions and TA/HR projects.  

Your key success factors:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 
  • No prior relevant experience required as we believe in coaching and mentoring.
  • Possess strong MS excel, ppt. plus data acumen skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and good planning and organizing skills.
  • High level of willingness to learn and develop. 
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
