Human Resource Management System - HRMS Intern

The Programme

Danfoss is looking for a dynamic, energetic and highly motivated Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Intern who wants to make a difference at the workplace!  
 
As a HRMS Intern, you should be an enthusiastic and passionate person who provides support in the implementation and management of our HR systems, specifically in the areas of automation of processes and procedures, support on recruitment administrative activities.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop, design, and deploy forms automation processes using SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate). 
  • Provide support on recruitment administrative activities such as updating and maintaining our social media sites (LinkedIn & Facebook), crafting visual job descriptions and assisting on the clean-up of our ATS. 
  • Collaborate with HR team in analyzing and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. 
  • Develop and implement HR automation and notification system, including notifications for new hires, promotions, and other HR-related events. 
  • Assist in cleaning up and maintaining our ATS and intranet and ensuring accurate data management. 
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Learning Opportunities:

  • Understanding of Human Resources Operation and Backend Process. 
  • Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in working with HR systems, specifically in the areas of automation and data management. 
  • Exposure to the latest technologies such as SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform for automating HR processes and forms. 
  • Exposure to HR policies and procedures of a MNC and how they are applied in practice. 
  • Opportunity to collaborate with HR team members and other departments, which will provide exposure to different areas of the business.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related fields. 
  • Basic understanding of HR functions. 
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office tools. 
  • Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Internship duration: 4 - 6 months.
