HR and Communications Intern

What You Will Do

  • To help with Communications and Employer Branding activities such as: 
  • Support with Social Media management and content creation (Facebook & LinkedIn). 
  • Preparing communication materials such as posters, videos, flyers. 
  • Support in event organization (Career Fairs, Plant Visits, Induction).

To support with Recruitment tasks:

  • Interns’ management (prescreen candidates, arrange interviews, manage documents, support in onboarding process). 
  • Assist in administrative tasks as required. 
  • Support in special project: e.g.  Improve the Onboarding Program. Marketing Campaign. Events.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Currently doing Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR/ Communications related fields. 
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Canva, etc. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Energetic, creative and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.

**Preference 6 months availability or willing to extend.
