APAC Marketing and After Sales Service Intern

The Programme

You will be part of the APAC Regional Customer Service team responsible for following areas:

  • To maintain Monthly/Quarterly Technical Customer Service (TCS) Reports. 
  • Data analysis and visualization using Power BI. 
  • Maintaining Observation to Improvement (O2I) database. 
  • To assist in Strategic Projects by Regional/ Central TCS. 
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy for Market Database.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. 
  • Proficiency in English language. 
  • Clear and concise communication skills. 
  • Interest in Customer Service/After Sales Service. 
  • Eager to learn new things & result orientation.

Min. 3-4 months preferred 6 months availability. 
 
Advanced/ final stage of study period.
