Personal Financial Consultant - Menara CIMB KL Sentral Branch

What You Will Do

• To promote and professionally sell a wide range of Wealth, Loans & Bancassurance products to the Bank’s existing and potential customers. 
• To provide professional advice on appropriate financial products based on customer needs. 
• To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after sales service. 
• To plan and implement sales activities related to branch products. 
• To act promptly on all leads and follow up activities. 
• To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field. 
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the branch environment will be an added advantage. 
• Result oriented, passionate with marketing and willing to adapt to new things. 
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. 
• Ability to deliver high quality customer service to external and internal customers. 
• Possess good interpersonal skills and able to actively interact with all levels of customers. 
• Candidates with full Insurance and UT license (FIMM) & banca licenses will have an added advantage.
