The purpose of this position is to provide talent acquisition operational support to our Talent Acquisition team, along with the HR/People team within CBRE. It will be helping to support the team with incoming queries relating to this platform and supporting with changes/enhancements.

What You Will Do

  • Provide first level operational support for queries related to our ATS (Avature).
  • Understand end to end recruiting process, and provide advice on how to improve using technology and streamlining processes.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders across Americas to improve process & improve technology utilization/adoption.
  • Supports with testing/validation of new enhancements.
  • Provides internal and external customer training where applicable.
  • Extracts report from Avature as needed.
  • Prepare reports and PowerPoints as requested.
  • Ad-hoc administrative support as required.

  • Working knowledge of Avature or other applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Video Creation tools.
