Intern - Data Management

The Programme

The Intern role is responsible and support for all financial aspects of the CBRE Pacific business, driving continuous improvement objectives and ensuring SLA & Business KPIs, SOX Compliance are met.

What You Will Do

• Perform Customer & Project Master Data creation / amendment. 
• Support Service Performance Review as needed. 
• Manage / monitor query resolution related to Customer & Project Master Data. 
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Candidate must be a university students final year student in Finance/Business Admin/Database Management who can commit 4 to 6 months internship program. 
• Have a strong interest in transactional finance or data management. 
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• High level of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. 
• Proficiency in English. 
• A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team. 
• Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
• Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge.
