What You Will Do

• Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records. 
• Administrative work includes PO issuance, invoices, accounts receivable and others.  
• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity. 
• Support ad-hoc project requests where necessary. 
• Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about finance operations and business operations.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must be a recent graduate or actively working towards a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance or anything equivalent.  
• Requires knowledge of basic financial terms, concepts and accounting principles. 
• Aptitude for math, proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Detail-oriented and highly organized. 
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 
• Demonstrated leadership experience. 
• Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
