AZPIRASI Graduate Trainee Programme - Medical & Biomedical Science

Starting in August 2023, the AZPIRASI Graduate Trainee Programme begins with three individual department placements. Each placement will provide you with extraordinary insights into our business, and the chance to influence our future direction.

If successful in this 30-months journey, you will graduate as a brand leader with shared accountability towards the strategy and investments decisions. 
 
A flexible programme with many opportunities, our AZPIRASI Graduate Trainee Programme is a platform for progression, connection, ownership, and accountability.  
 
In our global and regional functions, you could develop your knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Compliance and Finance. 
 
Combining a high level of on-the-job experience and coaching, you’ll have a huge network of support to get you where you want to go. Creating connections and building long-lasting relationships in a highly collaborative, fun, and fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Abilities

We are looking for future technology leaders who have:

• A Bachelors or master's level qualification in either Business Management or Biosciences. 
• A passion for technology and its ability to improve the lives of patients. 
• Speed and agility of thought. 
• Confidence expressing opinions and ideas. 
• The ability to identify and drive innovation and fresh thinking. 
• A collaborative approach, and work effectively in a team. 
• A strong desire to learn, develop and achieve their potential. 
• A willingness to relocate, if required. 
• Fluent English language skills.

Some key dates for these applications are as below:

• Application & Screening: 1 March – 30 April. 
• Online Assessment & Assessment Center: May 2023. 
• Final Result: Offers will be made to selected candidates in early June 2023. 
• Commencement Date: 1 August 2023.
