Associate Analyst -Web Developer/Data Science/Design- GBS Analytics

The Programme

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic and innovative development team.  
 
The ideal candidate will have a range of 1 to 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining products & platforms using a variety of technologies.  
 
As a part of our global team, you will participate in international projects designing modern, high-quality, responsive products that match or exceed expectations.  
 
You will be exposed to a wide range of advanced technology and have an opportunity to develop and implement new solutions while working with top leaders in the industry.

What You Will Do

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of digital products & software in analytics. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify and solve complex challenges with innovative ideas. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code 
• Produce data-driven insights generating solutions to support the organization's analytics, data, and AI needs 
• Keep up to date & work with new technologies and advancements in any analytics related ecosystem/fields such as prescriptive modelling with AI/ML tools, natural language solutions, web technologies, design & UX thinking, data science technologies & more.

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, Statistics, Finance/Accounting, UI/UX Design or any related field.  
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Highly driven, ‘can-learn’ ‘can-do’ attitude. 
• High initiative & aptitude to indirectly lead others. 
• Interested in cultivating a positive & collaborative working culture. 
• Strong written & communication skills in professional English. 
• Experience / Educated in any one of the below technologies: 
  
  • Web Development (React / Django / Java). 
  • Data Science (Python / R / SQL / PowerBI / Microstrategy). 
  • Design & Wireframe (Figma / Adobe XD / Miro / Axure). 
  • Cloud Computing (AWS / Azure / GCP). 
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Good to Have:

• Experience or capability of driving & leading projects. 
• Web Development – Experience in building website projects using any tech stack. 
• Data Science – Experience in developing data science / business intelligence projects using any programming language & corresponding framework e.g.: scikit, pandas, keras, NumPy, TensorFlow. 
• Data Science – Experience in any data science areas such as Natural Language Solutions, predictive/prescriptive modelling, computer vision, accessible analytics, etc. 
• Design & Wireframe – Experience in visualizing digital solutions to address business challenges via creating mock-up or prototypes of any form. 
• Design & Wireframe – Visualizing & enabling data drive decision making through Infographics, PowerPoint, PDF, Dashboards. 
• Cloud Computing – Experience in deploying and managing the CI/CD processing digital products on the cloud or on a server. 
• Good understanding of general programming concepts & coding standard materials in any of the listed fields, for example “Book: Clean Code,” microservices architecture, REST APIs, data modelling & pipelining. 
• Familiar with machine learning Python libraries, e.g., sqlalchemy, pandas, keras, scikit-learn, seaborn. 
• Familiarity with Git and Agile/Scrum development methodologies in SDLC. 
• Experience with using JSON/XML/CSV/XLSX/MongoDB as database & data structure format. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Preferably full-stack developer who can handle Python (especially plotly or any other data visualization framework). 
• Business Analysis, Analytical Thinking & Business Product Knowledge. 
• Exposure to Jira and Confluence tools is a plus. 
• Exposure to CI/CD methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, AWS is a plus. 
• Exposure to Microservices architecture is a plus.
