Job Title: IT Infrastructure Internship. 
Reports To: Lead Specialist Infrastructure. 
Department / Section: IT. 
   
PURPOSE:

To ensure the IT infra support can be lender to all Kedah sites. 
  
NATURE AND SCOPE:

To assist Senior Specialist, IT Infrastructure to carry out day to day infra support and to participate in local IT infra projects

What You Will Do

• Provide technical assistance to users on hardware and software-related issues. 
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software. 
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues. 
• Follow established procedures and processes for computer maintenance.

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in IT. 
• Good IT Fundamental and have interest in Infrastructure environment. 
• Computer literate. 
• Able to communicate with all levels of people.
