The Programme

PURPOSE: 
 
To generate preventive maintenance checklist and provide clerical functions to Engineering Department. To support improvement project data collection. 
 
NATURE AND SCOPE: 
 
Ensure accurate generation of preventive maintenance checklists, engineering reports and general clerical duties. Ensure correct data collected according to task.  
 
Support Engineering department perform maintenance task.  

What You Will Do

• Generate maintenance, downtime report, checklists etc. 
• Maintain preventive maintenance checklist and records. 
• Support engineering staff to perform maintenance works as requested   
• Control section's stationery. 
• Clerical duties for Engineering Department. 
• Any other jobs assigned from time to time. 
• Sound Good in Engineering Fundamental

Required Skills and Abilities

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Engineering. 
• Good Engineering Fundamental and have interest in Manufacturing environment. 
• Computer literate. 
• Able to communicate with all levels of people.
