JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in administering ER function of the plant.

What You Will Do

Industrial Relations/ER:

  • Disciplinary Action document control and update – data analysis. 
  • Employee Counselling data analysis – data analysis. 
  • Booster Dose Covid-19 Tracking.

Assist in the Administering of Employee Engagement Activities for ADPG:

  • Events and activities. 
  • CSR activities. 
  • Ad-hoc project.

Plantwide Communication:

  • Assist in internal communication with supervisors. 
  • To ensure up-to-date information in ADPG communication channel (notice board, digital signage, Kaizala apps). 
  • Event promotion via poster/video creation.

Further process improvement in ER area i.e., e-ER system improvement activities - Assist in HR Services management (Cafeteria, Transport, Locker, Surau). To assist in audit activities and action plans for improvement. 1/3 capacity to support TA team (calling candidate for interview, p-file filling etc.) Assist in Company Branding in LinkedIn Analog Devices Malaysia page Support other HR areas such as L&D, Recruitment, C&B and reporting for additional exposure towards familiarization of all HR functions. Others assignment from time to time

Required Skills and Abilities

Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, and other related courses Adequate knowledge using Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) 

Current CGPA 3.0 and above Positive attitude and eager to learn.
