What You Will Do

  • Primary role is to establish Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Awareness promotional program which will monthly communication to site, weekly pass down, developing training content, organize EHS week, etc. 
  • Learning and Observation: As an industrial trainee, your primary focus will be to learn and observe various aspects of the organization's operations and work processes. This includes shadowing experienced professionals, attending training sessions, and familiarizing yourself with the company's policies, procedures, and industry practices.  
  • Assisting with department major projects: This could involve data collection, data validation, and analysis.   
  • Assisting with Projects and Tasks: You may be assigned to specific projects or tasks. This could involve collecting data and analysis, preparing reports, creating presentations, or providing support to ongoing initiatives.  
  • Learning from Mentors and Supervisors: Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to receive guidance and mentoring from experienced professionals within the organization. They may provide feedback on your work, offer insights into industry best practices, and help you enhance your skills and knowledge.  
  • Reporting and Documentation: Depending on the organization's requirements, you may be responsible for maintaining records, documenting your activities, and preparing progress reports on your assigned tasks or projects. This helps track your achievements and contributes to the evaluation of your performance. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Degree in Business or Mass Communication or Environmental, Health and Safety or equivalent relevant.       
  • Ability in MS Office and other creative multimedia tools. They should possess strong communication skills.  
  • Ability to work independently.
