Could you be the Management Trainee at ALSTOM Kuala Lumpur we’re looking for? 
 
ALSTOM Malaysia is seeking highly motivated graduates to join our team as Management Trainees.  
 
As a management trainee at Alstom, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, gaining experience in various aspects of our business operations. You will be introduced to our business operations and will have an opportunity to work across various functions. 
  
The Management Trainee program will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how our business operates and will equip you with the necessary skills to succeed in your career at ALSTOM.  
 
You will receive on-the-job training, mentorship from experienced professionals, and tailored training to develop your professional skills. 
 
Your main responsibilities will include:

• Learning and Development: Participate in on-the-job training to develop a deep understanding of Alstom's business functions, processes, and industry standards. 
• Rotational Assignments: Rotate through different departments and teams to gain exposure to various areas of the organization, such as commercial, finance, HR, and project management. 
• Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, working closely with managers and team members to ensure successful outcomes. 
• Data Analysis: Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes. 
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the organization. 
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance your knowledge and skills in the field of management.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field. 
• Strong academic record with GPA 3.5 or above. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  Willingness to learn and take on challenges. 
• Relocation flexibility and ability to work in a global business environment. 
• Fresh Graduates /Graduates with 1 year's relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
