What You Will Do 

• Assist in providing technical support for various IT systems, applications, and assets. 
• Aid in the registration processes, categorization, and execution of user requests, while ensuring control of request execution. 
• Support the development of documentation processes to streamline IT operations. 
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions. 
• Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of IT processes and procedures.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Pursuing a relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma program in the IT Field.  
• A minimum 3-month practical duration period, more than 3 months would be preferred.  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills. 
• High sense of responsibility and analytical thinking.
• Enthusiasm for learning and improving technical skills.
