Costing Intern - Finance/Accounting

As a Costing Intern, you will play a role in supporting our Costing team by assisting in various costing activities and financial processes. 

This internship offers hands-on experience in cost analysis, system operations, and financial reporting.

What You Will Do

• Assist in reviewing and releasing costing data in the system. 
• Support asset creation processes within the system. 
• Download process order lists and assist in closing process orders. 
• Verify and close Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). 
• Run and verify maintenance and capital expenditure settlements. 
• Prepare and generate JV sales reports. 
• Download and maintain the Master Material List. 
• Retrieve and manage pricing information. 
• Download material prices and ensure accuracy. 
• Perform dummy checks to validate data integrity. 
• Create and download Costing Run reports. 
• Provide assistance in other reclassification tasks as needed. 
• Prepare CN STD Cost reports in Excel format. 
• Support process order settlements and related activities.

Required Skills and Abilities 

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. 
• Comfortable with technology, particularly Microsoft Excel, and open to learning new systems. 
• Demonstrate a growth mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Effective time management and organizational abilities. 
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Available for a 6-month internship duration.
