Recruitment Intern - Aviation

The Programme

Our recruitment team is seeking an intern who is ready to take on the challenge of supporting recruitment in areas such as hiring for engineers, volume hiring drives and more.  
 
As our intern, you'll have the opportunity to be the guardian of the skies, the ultimate candidate navigator, the jetsetter, the event maestro, the people's champ, the mastermind, the guru, and the talent scout all at once!  
 
You'll get to play a crucial role in helping candidates' dreams take flight and ensuring that our team runs like a well-oiled machine.

You will be working on the following initiatives:

Engineering hiring: 

• Be the jetsetter by uploading profiles from all the bulk hiring.  
• Be the health champion by assisting with medical check-ups, ensuring candidate details are accurate, and results are checked.
• Be the event maestro by helping to create Google forms for interviews, printing necessary documents, and organizing items for events. 
• Be the people's champ by providing support during walk-in, private, and open interviews.

Other volume hiring events:

• Be the mastermind by maintaining hiring trackers for bulk hiring.  
• Be the guru by guiding candidates through the process of uploading documents to their Workday profiles, helping to make their dreams take flight.

Universities, Flying Schools, and Associations: 

Be the talent scout by uploading CVs from different platforms to Phenom for further processing.

Required Skills and Abilities

• You have a keen eye for detail and are a stickler for accuracy. 
• You are a tech-savvy whiz who can pick up new systems and software in a snap. 
• You know how to manage your time like a boss and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. 
• You are a pro at communicating with others, whether it's through messaging, social media, or video calls. 
• You are currently studying or have recently graduated in a field related to business, HR, or aviation. 
• You have a passion for aviation and recruitment and are excited to learn more about the industry. 
• You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where every day is different. 
• You have a can-do attitude and love taking on new challenges to help you grow and develop.
