Internship - Ride

The Programme 

As an Intern with our Ride business, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to various projects and initiatives while gaining valuable hands-on experience.  
 
Below are the skills, qualifications, and experiences we are looking for in an ideal candidate. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

Must-Have: 

• Operational Mindset: Ability to understand and execute tasks efficiently within the operational framework of the organization. 
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Capable of articulating ideas clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms. 
• Deadline Management: Proficient in managing time effectively to meet project deadlines and adapt promptly to changes in priorities. 
• Independence and Self-Supervision: Demonstrates the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and projects. 
• Meticulousness and Self-Drive: Pays attention to detail and possesses a proactive approach to work, striving for excellence in all tasks undertaken.
• Positive Nature: Maintains a fun and positive attitude, contributing to a collaborative and enjoyable work environment. 

Nice-to-Have:

• Detail Orientation: Exhibits thoughtfulness and precision in the execution of tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables. 
• Multitasking and Stress Management: Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and remaining composed under pressure. 
• Team Player: Enjoys collaborating with others, fostering a supportive and cooperative team dynamic. 
• Resourcefulness: Possesses the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to challenges as they arise.
• Strong Design Background: Familiarity with principles of design including typography, layout, color theory, and spatialization. Proficiency in design processes and production methods is advantageous.  

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent qualification. 
• Available for a minimum internship commitment of at least 6 months.
• Willing to be based in RedQ (KLIA2).
